The Inbound Customer Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for customers, handling incoming calls to provide support, answer questions, and resolve concerns. Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner

- Follow established call flow guidelines and procedures

Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred, but not required

Paid class-based training is provided, depending on the assigned client program. All candidates must successfully complete a background check prior to starting the contract.
Pay Rate & Contract Details
Pay Range Rate:
$11.00 – $18.00 per hour, plus performance-based incentives
